MY TWO CENTS ON THE CHIEF JUSTICE

Firstly, the judiciary lacks leadership. There are too many unresolved issues. Relationships have been frayed and there is a total lack of confidence in the judiciary and legal profession.

Secondly, I doubt that removal of the Chief would solve any of these problems in any meaningful way.

What a silly comment. The very notion of "liidah-sheep" is what the Kenyan judiciary is ailing under in the very first place. The complete _office_ of "Chief Justice" itself it what is wrong, not just the (personal and intellectual) dwarf in it.
